¡ANARCHIST!
" When it's time to talk about the best shows of this decade and this year, I fully expect this hilarious and thought-provoking production to feature prominently on both lists." Check out our "six" star rave from the Indy.
THE ITALIAN ACTRESS
"...the main achievement of The Italian Actress is its examination of a film artist whose alienation springs from never being able to get himself on the right side of the screen. Beautiful images, forever distanced, ultimately prove cold comfort for a man who can't stop adding to his collection of ghosts in this cautionary tale for those artists exclusively interested in the extreme."

"[The Italian Actress] eloquently drives home the dilemma of what constitutes art."

The sharpest teeth in Justice's satire are bared during Q's tentative critique of the revolution's methods. He sums up the battle for hearts and minds with these words: "A story is like a little bomb... We want to educate as we terrify."

Can there be anything funny about terrorism and the apocalyptic destruction of the world? Little Green Pig Theatrical Concern and playwright John Justice think so, and they make a pretty good case for the approach in "Goodnight Everything."

A production that erases the line between actor and audience...If you can take the smoke, this is a hot trip to Hell.

The action is quite physical and frequently erotic.

The Triangle is rich in theater, but there is one theater company that is different from all the others: Little Green Pig Theatrical Concern...[LGP] takes on the broadest ideas and deepest feelings with an aesthetic rigor and iconoclastic swagger that is fast making Durham one of the best cities in the country for daring dramatic art.

Replete with excellent acting, and so thought provoking that seeing it once may not be enough.

In a wedding season marked by swooning sighs of "I do," Fistful of Love fights back with a belligerent "I won't"… A contemporary multimedia adaptation of Aeschylus' ancient Greek drama "The Suppliants," Fistful takes altar aversion to bloody extremes. But it also offers enough confections of its own to turn the tragedy into a romantic comedy.

A musical long-form poem about eroticism, love, loneliness, trust, and commitment. It walks; it talks (and talks some more); its sings; it dances; it gets in and out of the hot tub… it portrays the mythic and timeless struggle between men and women as a bloody war in which a few battles may end in happy détente. It is very, very funny. It also features a beautiful, delicate, melancholy performance by Tom Marriott that remains etched on the heart after the amusements have faded.
